WHAT QUALITY ARE THE PRINTS AND HOW ARE THEY PRINTED?
The prints at FlavorInnovator are printed on super high quality, enhanced matte paper using an 8 color UltraChrome inkjet process that provides excellent durability and longevity. This bright white paper, which is a heavyweight stock, yields highly saturated images, while maintaining excellent highlight and shadow detail. This means all of the prints have remarkable color reproduction.
The flat matte surface provides the optimum platform for the UltraChrome Inks.
The UltraChrome ink is one of the most important advances made in printing. Achieving superb color expression is made possible by an increase of the density of pigment content in the ink. Even with greater pigment density, each particle has an extremely smooth and uniform resin coating, ensuring superbly sharp image reproduction along with marked improvements in light and water resistance. Archival for over 75 years!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO GET TO ME?
All prints are made to order. The printer is notified of your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Prints usually arrive at the studio within 1-2 business days then shipped through USPS the following day. Domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days, while International orders can take 7-14 business days according to the USPS.
Shipping does not happen on weekends, so if you order from Friday evening until Monday morning, your order will not be processed until Monday.
DO THE PRINTS COME FLAT, IN A TUBE, OR FOLDED?
All prints come in acid-free archival ultra-clear poly bags and are shipped flat in rigid Stay Flat mailers.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Definitely. Artwork has already been shipped to many countries around the world, from Japan to Australia. You can get the goods regardless of where you are.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are $4.99 for orders within the US and $19.99 for International. All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail /
USPS International Priority Mail.
ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO ORDER BESIDES ORDERING ONLINE?
No. For now, we only take orders online. For security purposes we do not take phone orders or orders through email.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
We only accept exchanges on defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise. To place an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Never fear, if your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
